About Our Lab:
We offer technical support to our customer’s quality control and research and development programs. Our mission is to develop new products and applications through research to improve the local construction industry. Our laboratory uses state-of-the-art equipment and testing machines. In addition, our technicians are certified by the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and we work in tandem with local construction industry organizations such as American General Contractor (AGC), Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and Asociación Productores de Hormigón Premezclado de Puerto Rico (APHPPR).

We offer technical training and other educational seminars to college students as well as to professionals in the engineering, architectural and construction fields.

General:
By carefully studying and evaluating our materials on an on-going basis, we can understand their performance and fine-tune their use in new products technology.

Quality Control:

• We provide technical support to our customers to help them achieve the desired results from our products to suit their individual needs.

• We conduct field troubleshooting and concrete mix evaluation and analysis.

• We maintain a strict quality assurance program for the different products manufactured in our plant and quarries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Research & Development:
Our company has a robust R&D program designed to achieve the following:

• The implementation of innovative testing methods to evaluate and optimize the performance of concrete.

• The development of new products through materials testing and engineering.

• To perform concrete materials testing in accordance with the standard practices of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM).
